Booking request
Query the desk
Use the form to ask the desk to check a casino hotel stay against the published index. The request is for physical hotel accommodation only. It is not a casino account, it does not enable online casino play, and the form does not ask for card details.

What the form asks
The form asks for the stay dates, the number of adults, the number of children if relevant, and the room count. Add any fixed requirements that affect the search, such as accessible room needs, parking, pool access, late arrival or a preference for a particular state.
You can name one house, or ask the desk to start with the ranking on the index. If score matters more than location, say that. If location matters more than score, name the city or state and the desk will keep the response to the relevant houses from all ten.
The index is built from published parameters. If a hotel does not publish a value, the desk will not estimate it. The same rule used in the 30-parameter table applies to requests.
What happens next
The desk reads the request, checks the official hotel or booking partner path where needed, and replies by email. The reply may point to the official site, a booking partner or a hotel contact path. It may also say that the venue does not publish the item requested.
No card details are taken by this site. Any booking, payment, deposit, cancellation term or identity check is between the reader and the hotel or booking partner. The site’s role is limited to checking the request against the index and passing through a practical next step.
If the request depends on a score, the desk uses the current ranking and the group scores. The weights and source-quality rules are set out in method and weights, and the group totals are shown in scores by group.
- Dates, headcount, the house or "best by score".
- The desk checks rates and availability with the hotel or a booking partner.
- You get an email, usually within one working day.
- You book with the hotel or the partner; no payment details here.
The index is free to read and is funded by hotel referrals: if a reader opens a hotel's site from here and books, or asks the query desk to arrange a stay, the publisher receives a commission from the hotel or a booking partner. Scores are computed from published facts, never from commission.
